Before you subscribe or make any payment, please review this Refund Policy carefully. This policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding subscription payments and cancellations for the Enter Memory Lane platform.

1. No Refunds for Processed Payments

Once a payment or subscription has been successfully processed, EnterMemoryLane.com does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
• Event changes or cancellations.
• No longer needing or using the service.
• Unsatisfactory experience after purchase.
• Duplicate subscriptions purchased by the user.
• Unforseen outage of software/service.

All payments made to EnterMemoryLane.com (Savor The Memories, LLC) are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

By subscribing or purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that all processed payments are binding and non-refundable.

2. Special Circumstances (Billing Errors Only)

In rare cases where a technical billing error occurs (such as duplicate charges caused by a system glitch), you may request a review.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged multiple times within the same billing cycle.
• A billing error originated from EnterMemoryLane.com’s system.

To request a review, contact Stephanie@SavorTheMemories.com within 7 days of the charge.
Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Policy Agreement

By purchasing/subscribing to Enter Memory Lane, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund Policy. This policy is binding once payment has been processed.

Before subscribing, we recommend taking a moment to be sure Enter Memory Lane is the perfect match for your event and photo-sharing needs.
