1. Overview

Enter Memory Lane is an event-based media sharing platform that allows event hosts and guests to collect, upload, and share photos and videos through a QR / link code system.

These Terms govern your access to and use of EnterMemoryLane.com, including any content, features, and services offered.

2. User Eligibility

Use of EnterMemoryLane.com is limited to individuals aged 18 or older.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a legally binding agreement.

3. Account Registration & Security

Some features require an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using EnterMemoryLane.com, you agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Post or share materials that violate others’ rights or privacy.
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the platform.
• Use the platform for commercial gain without written consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content and or suspend accounts that violate any of these terms.

5. Media Uploads & Storage

Guests can upload photos and videos to an event via its unique QR code / link.

• Uploaded content is stored for a minimum of 30 days from upload date, after which it is permanently deleted.
• Event hosts are responsible for downloading content before it expires.
• EnterMemoryLane.com is not responsible for media lost or deleted after the storage period.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Enter Memory Lane may offer both free and paid plans.

• Free Plan: Limited features and storage.
• Paid Plans: Premium features such as extended storage, download options, security pins, etc.
• Payments are non-refundable unless due to a billing error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to EnterMemoryLane.com are owned / private labeled by Savor The Memories, LLC.

Users retain ownership of the photos and videos they upload but grant Enter Memory Lane a non-exclusive, temporary license to host and display content within the platform. We will NOT use your photos or video for any commercial/marketing use.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Use or Savor The Memories Terms of Use.
• Your content repeatedly breaches our policies.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

EnterMemoryLane.com is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor are we liable for:

• Data loss after deletion periods.
• Technical errors, bugs, or downtime.
• User misuse or violation of terms.

Host/User(s) assumes full responsibility for the content you / your guests upload and your use of the platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and related laws.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms of Enter Memory Lane & Savor The Memories.
